Community Organisation is one of the primary methods of social work. It deals with intervention in the communities to solve the community problems. As a method of social work community organisation can solve the problems of many people in the community through their collective involvement. Community organisation and community development are inter-related as two sides of same coin. The community organisation includes other methods of social work, that is, group work, and casework. The power structure plays a role in community organisation. Communication with children and young people can take many forms including: direct talk, listening, writing, touch, facial expressions and body language, signing, and using specialist tools or techniques. They also communicate with children and young people to ascertain their views about decisions and matters that affect their lives. Communication is a process of transferring information between transmitter and receiver through a channel. It can be seen from the perspective of communication relations between individuals interpersonal communication and the relations of the organizational structures - organizational communication - which of course includes communication between people. Organizational Communication is a process usually intended for exchanging messages between individuals, groups and organizational levels within the organization, with a view to implementing the objectives of individual and collectively.
